The Get Healthy Service transitioned to a new service provider, Diabetes Australia on 1 July 2023. If you used the service prior to July 2023, and were a resident of NSW at that time, your participant information, has been securely transferred to the new service provider, Diabetes Australia.

If you are a resident of Queensland (QLD), South Australia (SA), Norfolk Island (NI)  and have participated in the Get Healthy Service in the past, your personal data will be transferred to your state or territory government. State and territory privacy legislation applies to your information when it is stored by your state or territory government.

The Get Healthy Service is taking a short break over the festive season.

  • Closed: Saturday 20 December to Saturday 3 January 2026.
  • Reduced hours 8am to 5pm: Monday 15 – Friday 19 December 2025 and Monday 5 – Friday 9 January 2026.
  • No Saturday services: Saturday 6 December 2025 to Saturday 24 January 2026. Returning to normal on Saturday 31 January 2026.
