​Our health coaches work with you to:​

  • boost your mood and sense of wellbeing​
  • improve your energy levels and concentration​
  • help to give you more independence ​
  • strengthen your bones and muscles to make everyday tasks easier​
  • improve your balance and reduce risk of falls​
  • reduce the amount of alcohol you drink
  • manage and lower your risk of chronic health conditions like heart disease and diabetes

We’re here to help you every step of the way. When you join, you’ll get:

  • Up to 10 confidential phone or online calls
  • Support from a qualified health professional
  • Help to set and achieve your health goals
  • Information about health topics that interest you
  • Printed resources to read at your own pace at home
  • Support to overcome any challenges
  • Access to exercises for all fitness levels

The amount of time it takes to complete the program will vary. When you finish, you can re-enrol for more coaching.

Get Healthy is available in languages other than English. Bilingual health coaching and free interpreter services are available. You can also access the National Relay Service.
